I wished to acquire an investment property in London to take advantage of the opportunities created by Brexit uncertainty. I had previously bought my own home in London and that had highlighted what a time-consuming process acquiring a property really is; time I simply don’t have to spare calling estate agents and then having it wasted viewing properties that are frankly average or worse.
